" The meaninglessness of life forces people to create their own meanings "
As in the development adventure of humanity; I used to draw before I started reading and writing. Drawing has
always been more meaningful to me than writing and internalizing the pictures I made helped me to improve my reading. After reading master director Stanley Kubrick's aphorism "The meaninglessness of life forces people to create their own meanings", my perspective on art and my life changed. I was adding meaning to my life with my art…
I was born in Beyoglu, Istanbul in 1983, the third child of a Balkan immigrant Turkish family. I started my academic art education in the Fine Arts High School painting department. I graduated from Çukurova University Fine Arts Education Painting/Graphic Art Department in 2005 and completed my higher education . My studies and work involve the fields of painting, graphic design, traditional arts and photography with an interdisciplinary approach.
